Things to Do During a Pandemic – Gardening, May 2020

April, the weather was lovely, time to spare, why not do some tidying up in the garden. Caught my foot in the root of a shrub that shouldn’t have been there and tripped over. Good news, I didn’t hit my head on the large flower that I was rapidly heading towards. Bad news, my left arm landed on the edge of a plank of wood. The photo is from the first hospital appointment following the operation to screw my arm back together. Thanks go to Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

Fully Charged Live – Silverstone June 2019

Fully Charged Live was held at Silverstone on the 7th 8th & 9th of June 2019, It was a live version of the Fully Charged YouTube channel with exhibitors showing off all things renewable and electric. The event was held in the Silverstone Wing, the Grand Prix pits building, with the Stowe circuit being used for test drives of electric cars. Transfer between the car and the exhibition was courtesy of the Tesla owners club. The pit garages were used for a display of classic cars converted to battery/electric power, several of which had Tesla drivetrains.
